[Develop] miro honoring xine-driver patch

Can someone (clahey or nassar) look at r5897 and make sure it looks ok?

It's a patch we picked up from Uwe who picked it up from Christopher 
who's with Ubuntu:

It fixes xine_impl.c so that it honors the xine-driver argument.  I 
don't use other drivers, so I haven't tested it, but I have tested the 
default cause (not specifying a driver) and that works fine.
