[Develop] gutsy package

Gutsy released on Thursday (yay!).

However, it turns out there's a 0.9.8 package of Miro in the Gutsy 
universe repository and it's not working for people.  There are a bunch 
of bug reports in LaunchPad related to this and we're picking up bug 
reports, too.

I had fixed up the instructions in GTKX11BuildDocs for Gutsy, but I 
don't think we've done anything other than that.

I'm going to update my Gutsy box now and I can spend some time today 
putting together a Gutsy package based on the Feisty one.

I don't know anything about Debian/Ubuntu packaging, though.  If I could 
get some help, that'd be great.

We should probably throw something on a blog or the forums regarding an 
interim solution for people who've just updated to Gutsy and no longer 
have Miro available.  I'm not sure what that interim solution should be, 
though.  Any thoughts?
