[Develop] 0.9.9.9 status - 10/19/2007 6:00pm ET

I've got to get ready to go.  I'll be back late tonight and I'll check 
IRC and email to see where we're at.

As I understand it, we're waiting on Nassar to finish up what he's 
working on.

Once Nassar is done, then:

1. someone needs to tag 0.9.9.9 rc1
2. that someone should either:
    * let Matt know so he can do Mac OSX and Windows builds, or
    * do the Mac OSX and Windows builds
3. then we post the builds to the nightlies page and let Janet know so 
she can test them.

Once Janet gives the thumbs up, then we can do whatever it is we do with 
release candidates like blogging about them.

Nassar--send an email when you're all set.

Someone--if someone wants to tag, go for it--just send an email to the 
list so that we know it got done.  If Nassar is all set and no one else 
has tagged when I get in tonight, I'll tag then.
