[Develop] 0.9.9.9 status - 10/20/2007 1:11am ET

I tagged the code, adjusted app.config.template and built the Mac OSX 
dmg file.  That's the good news.

The bad news is that I couldn't get the Windows build machine to do an 
svn co--it'd just hang.

The second bit of bad news is that while I did create the Mac OSX dmg 
file, I wasn't able to get it off the Mac OSX build machine.  Trying to 
do a scp to pcf2 times out.  So it's sitting in 
~/pcf/tags/Democracy-Player-0.9.9.9-rc0/tv/platform/osx/ .

I'll see if I can ping Matt tomorrow morning and finish up the rc0 release.
