[Develop] 0.9.9.9-rc0 is released!

Hey all -

We have files available at http://participatoryculture.org/nightlies so
that you can help us test rc0 for the upcoming 0.9.9.9 release.

To make things even easier - we have adopted Mozilla's Litmus test
management tool to make it easy for you to run a few tests and report the
results.

If you would - please go to litmus.pculture.org, sign in, select the
Quicktest test run.

Then submit your configuration information (specify 20071020000 as the
build id).  A run though the 10 short test cases should take about 20
minutes of your time and would be a huge help.

(irc.freenode.net@#miro) for anyone who wants to hang out - or has a
question.
