[Develop] 0.9.9.9-rc0 package for gutsy released

I, with loads of help from Matt, BDK and Nassar, released the 
0.9.9.9-rc0 packages for Gutsy just now.

This is a rc for 0.9.9.9 and a new package for a new Ubuntu distribution 
so I suspect there will be problems.  I'd love any help I can get in 
testing and fleshing problems out.

I'll be hanging out on #miro and #miro-hackers this week if anyone wants 
to talk about things.
