[Develop] Help Test 0.9.9.9-rc1

Within the past week there have been a number of bug fixes. Release
candidate 2 has been created and a new test run has been posted on
litmus.pculture.org.

This run includes the Quicktest that was available for rc0, and a
group called New Features and Bug Fixes.

Please Download 0.9.9.9-rc1 and select the 0.9.9.9-rc1 test run from
litmus.  It would be great if you could run tests from both group -
however the tests are set up such that you can pick and choose whatever
you would like to run.
