[MiroDev] diagnostics dialog idea

I love this idea. It's worth it alone in the time saved linking to
GoodBugReports and telling them to find their log files there.
One additional feature that would be nice is opening the log file in
an editor. I think we should be able to use the same open_file method
that we use to open directories. If not, we can have a link to open
the containing folder.
Maybe some more stats could be number of items and feeds in the database?
I like diagnostics for a name, but I'm open to others.
