[MiroDev] Songbird Webpage API

It's a Javascript API so that webpages loaded within Songbird can
access the user's Songbird data. This would be a totally awesome
addition if Miro could have something similar, but it's obviously a
post-2.0 feature.

Dean, Will, and I have been talking a bit with Gabriel from the
Songbird project about combining forces a bit since we both have some
similar goals. Having a common API for webpages to interact with our
clients would be a cool step in that direction.
