[MiroDev] Status Update for week #35

This last week I had a fun time working on Video Resolution probe fore
MiroGuide.  It looks pretty much complete.  It's now able to probe new
videos for their resolutions.  And it also probes videos that are newly
submitted and automarks if it's HD quality or not. (80% or more video at
640x480 or greater.)  And I have now been working on some templets for
the newMiroGuide.
I hope to work on that while on my train trip to NorthDakota.
