[Develop] Adding Truveo Video Search

Yes, we return an RSS feed.   http://xml.truveo.com/rss?query=madonna  
for instance will return the videos for the query 'madonna'.

This doesn't seem to work with Miro.  I've tried adding the feed as a  
channel.  I'm guessing Miro can be extended to handle our feed  
format.   There might be a way to download videos from the Truveo  
results if the redirects are handled correctly as well.

It would also be nice to have Truveo as one of the built in search  
engines.
