[Develop] Miro Under Gentoo Problems

Jan,
Unfortunately I had only a short period of time to get this working and
wasn't able to figure it out. As you say there doesn't seem to be anyone
online who has figured it out, and there doesn't seem to be any Miro
developers that have used Miro on Gentoo.
So I don't have access to a Gentoo system so I can't try to get this to
work. Although the wireless in Ubuntu is getting so frustrating that I am
thinking of going back go Gentoo. :-)
Ben (ben at pculture.org), one of the Miro devs, was especially helpful in
helping me to get this working. So maybe he can help you out with this.
Good luck! And let me know if you figure this out, because I might be
trying to get this working again a few months from now.
-Best,
Paul (pwiddy)
